The building that hosts the two accommodations is just a few steps away from kayak/boat rentals and ferryboat dock, 5 minutes away from the Riomaggiore train station, town centre, grocery stores and other businesses.

Despite the fact that the particular location on the cliff requires to walk up/down stairs, the distance from the main points of interests is still quite short.
